Making your own essential oil room spray is simple and a great way to refresh your space with natural scents. Here’s a quick guide:

Ingredients:
- 1 cup distilled water
- 2 tablespoons witch hazel or vodka (helps to disperse the oils)
- 10-20 drops of your favorite essential oils (lavender, peppermint, eucalyptus, or citrus are popular choices)
- A spray bottle
Instructions:
- Prepare your spray bottle: Clean your bottle thoroughly before use.
- Mix the ingredients: In a separate container, combine the distilled water and witch hazel or vodka. The alcohol helps the oils mix into the water.
- Add essential oils: Drop in your selected essential oils. Adjust the number of drops depending on how strong you want the fragrance to be. For a calming effect, lavender and chamomile are great; for an energizing scent, try lemon, lime or peppermint.
- Shake well: Pour the mixture into the spray bottle. Shake it thoroughly to combine the ingredients.
- Use: Shake before each use, as essential oils can separate from water. Lightly mist your room, linens, or even your car with the spray for a refreshing aroma.
This room spray is chemical-free, phthalate-free, and entirely natural. Enjoy!
